Please wear comfortable, loose fitting clothing that you can easily move around in. If you have a gi from any other martial art you are welcome to wear that.

Q: Can I come to observe?

Absolutely. There is a seating area next to the mat to have a full view of that action.

Q: What should I know about proper etiquette?

Without each other we would not be able to learn, so an attitude of appreciation and respect pervade our interactions. We demonstrate this by a simple bow when we get on and off the mat, and a bow before and after practicing with each partner throughout the class.

Q: What types of classes do you offer?

The Aikido club has a one-size-fits all class. All ages (13 years old and up) are welcome. All skill levels are included in this class. We do not separate by skill level but work together to learn.
